Refund policy

At Kurta Hub, we take pride in the quality of our ethnic wear. As a small business offering boutique fabrics at honest prices, we have a strict No Refund policy for change of mind. However, we are fully committed to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Exchange Period

  • We offer exchanges for a different size or store credit within 14 days of delivery.
  • 14 days is the industry standard for local boutiques and ensures the stock remains seasonal and available for other community members.

Conditions for Exchange

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Items must be free of scents (perfume/detergent) or marks (deodorant/makeup).

Postage & Costs

  • Return Postage: The cost of shipping the item back to our Toongabbie studio is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Faulty Items: If an item is faulty or wrongly described, we will meet our legal obligations under Australian Consumer Law by providing a replacement or refund.

How to Exchange

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp (+61  4933 9 2255) or Email (hello@kurtahub.com.au) within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Ship the item back to us, or save on postage by dropping it off at our Toongabbie Studio (by appointment).
