1. 100% Local Sydney Stock
Unlike many ethnic wear retailers, The Kurta Hub does not drop-ship from overseas. Every item listed on our website is physically held at our Toongabbie studio. This means no customs delays, no international shipping fees, and no waiting weeks for your outfit to arrive.
2. Processing & Dispatch
- Handling Time: We pride ourselves on speed. All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday – Friday).
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST will typically be dispatched the same business day.
3. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We use Australia Post and reliable local couriers to ensure your Kurta reaches you safely.
- Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days (Australia-wide).
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (Major metro areas).
- International Shipping: Currently, we focus on serving the Australian community, but please contact us via WhatsApp for special requests.
4. Free Local Pickup (Toongabbie, NSW)
If you need your outfit immediately, you can bypass shipping altogether.
- Select "Local Pickup" at checkout.
- Once your order is ready (usually within 2 hours), we will contact you via WhatsApp/SMS to arrange a pickup time from our Toongabbie Studio.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing your tracking number. You can follow your parcel’s journey directly through the carrier's website.
6. Important Notes
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Public Holidays: Please allow extra time for delivery during Australian National and NSW Public Holidays, as courier services do not operate on these days.
